- Make sure the church office has your current email address so that you can recieve email invitations for meetings.
- You may join a Zoom meeting with a computer (desktop or laptop), Ipad or Iphone.
- When a Zoom meeting is schedule, the meeting host will send an email invitation.
- You will receive an email with a blue Zoom link, please write down the Meeting ID and Password. Click on the blue link minutes before the scheduled meeting.
- Once you have clicked on the link, you will be sent to the Zoom.us website.
- Point & click on Open Zoom Meetings.
- If you have installed Zoom to your computer and have an account, point & click on launch meeting.
- Point & click Join with Computer Audio.
- Go to the upper right corner of the audio screen (black with white lettering), point & click on the tiny square between the - and x. Your screen will maximize.
- Once you have joined the meeting, you will be able to see and hear other participants as well as talk back and forth if you have audio (microphone) and/or video (camera).
- Your microphone controls are located in the lower left corner of the screen.
- When the meeting is over, point & click on End in the lower right corner. And then, point & click on Leave Meeting.
- Point & click on the red X in the upper right corner to close the Zoom box.
